Want to learn how to lift weights and build your strength, but not sure where to start? Or maybe you’re already lifting but want practice on improving your technique and working on gaps in your lifting. This is the perfect class for both Beginners and Experienced lifters.
Focused on the main Powerlifting and Olympic lifts, this class will be a resource to learn how to build strength safely, effectively and efficiently.
The class will be limited to 4 participants per class to allow for maximum interaction with me as your coach. No Experience or equipment is required. Class will be at a gym in the Sandy Springs, GA area.
